Blackstrap Molasses
Blackstrap Molasses can be used as a sweetener and to add extra flavour and caramel colour to a range of recipes.
Molasses is wonderful in muesli bars, steamed puddings, home-baked bread and cookies, or as a natural sweetener in fruit cakes.
Or make your own superb, natural blackstrap licorice.
It also gives delicious colour and taste to marinades, sauces and hotpots.
